Please Read Before Using This SoftwareIMPORTANT: Each Frontier software product is licensed by UserLand Software, Inc. ("USI") to the original user for their use only on the terms set forth below.
BY DOWNLOADING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS.
YOU MAY: Use the software on any item of compatible hardware you own or use, and you may make backup copies of the software. You also have a royalty-free right to reproduce and distribute scripts that you develop using the software for your own and for other licensed users and licensed computers. You may distribute the Frontier software, provided you distribute it in exactly the form distributed by UserLand Software and explicitly refer users to this website for documentation and support information. If you're in doubt as to the origin of the copy of Frontier you are using, you should obtain a reference release thru our Internet server or an authorized mirror site.
YOU MAY NOT: Rent, lease, transfer or grant sublicenses or other rights in the software; make alterations to the UserLand Frontier application, including modifications for use on non-compatible hardware; disassemble, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disassemble or reverse-engineer any part of the software; make translations of the documentation or software.

IN NO EVENT WILL USI BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. IN ALL EVENTS, USI'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO A REFUND OF THE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THIS SOFTWARE.
